Our inventory clerks will visit the property and compile a professional, independent report, including detailed and accurate descriptions of the internal condition and all fixtures, fittings, contents and outside areas. Check In: We will check the smoke and carbon monoxide alarms for power and it will be noted on the report, meter readings will be taken where possible and property keys signed for. Once the accuracy of the report has been agreed with the tenant, the report will be signed and emailed in PDF format to the landlord or agent.
Our inventory clerks will visit the property to conduct a thorough inspection of its internal condition. Interim inspections are normally carried out quarterly or every 6 months. We will ensure the property is being properly maintained and the tenancy agreement adhered to. Any maintenance issues will be raised in the report. We will also list any signs of unauthorised occupancy, pets, smoking, rubbish and refuse build up. The report will be sent via email within 48 hours to the landlord or agent.
Our inventory clerks will visit the property at the end of the tenancy, to perform a thorough check against the inventory report that was signed at check in. Any differences or additional items will be listed and all liabilities will be clearly logged on the report. Meter readings will be included where possible.
