We have been compiling property inventories for over eight years, for legal firms, property agents and private landlords, visiting private rentals, bespoke apartments, and high end properties across London.

As an Executive member of the Association of independent inventory clerks, I ensure that we conduct ourselves in accordance with the (AIIC) guidelines on professional practice.

We conduct new inventories check ins/out, mid term inspections and log descriptions of doors, ceilings, walls, lightings, skirtings, floorings, windows, switches, sockets, appliances, all furnishing and any outside areas upon request.

As part of the check in, we check smoke/carbon monoxide detectors for power only, log utility readings where possible, handover property keys and gain the tenants signature on the report. All our reports are turned around within 24-48 hours.

Having an accurate inventory compiled at the start of the tenancy by an Independent Inventory Clerk (AIIC) reduces the risk of disputes about damages to the property or contents, and avoids the many pitfalls that may be encountered at the end of a tenancy. These reports can also be used as a primary piece of evidence by deposit scheme arbitrators or in a court of law.
